We will use commercial delivery methods, and use reasonable efforts to have deliveries made within the specified time periods.  However, we are not responsible for delivery delays beyond our control.  All items that are delivered by a third party, and delivery is governed by their shipping contracts.  We reserve the right not to ship to certain addresses.
